Why is English?
Who does not know that English is International Language? When we asked to people, most of them have already known that English is International Language. Because of that, as students, they have to build their ability of English skills at school for some reasons, this language also becomes required foreign language which has to be mastered by most of students in the world, and it becomes required skill which is needed in most of aspects in life. Here are the impacts which are given from that, such as the impact of the curriculum at school, the quality fresh-graduates students, and even to people mindset.

- Curriculum -
Nowadays, more and more people are dedicating time to study English as a second language. Many countries include English in their school syllabus and children are starting to learn English at a younger and younger age. Indonesian government also requires every school even since kindergarten until college. International school, which use English in daily lesson, is already common in Indonesia. Even playgroup kids have already learnt English from the basic vocabulary.
- Students' quality -
After students got English skills at school, their quality of language skill must be questionable by company where they want to work. Some job interviews mostly have English test such as written test, interview, even only showing our English score test. In this Asean Economic Community era, we have to prepare our English skill for competing with global society as well.
- Mindset -
People must think that English is important skill which they have for their future job. English is internasional language that is used to get a job, languages for business, and other aspects of life. Everyone will consider to master this language for their preparation in life such as jobs, business and others. For this mindset, people always things that English is the most skill which people must have to be able to compete in the wide world competition.
Let's study it
For all those impacts from the requiring of English lesson at school, we all know that this language is important for being had by people for most aspects of life. People can get the ability from government regulation in every school because they have to apply English curriculum. Then, it makes people mindset about students's quality in English skill also meet the high expectation that they have to master English for their future.
